Who are we ?
AMME is a young company that has decided to fully invest in new methods and technologies respectful of the environment. Its strategy is to become the urban delivery referent thru an ecologically, economically and socially responsible management.
Its supply chain management model actively and effectively contributes to the reduction of urban congestion, noise and air pollution in the city.
The AMME company was established in April 2016 to manufacture and market a warehouse ship (parcel delivery mobile platform) that promotes carbon-free transport in the city.
Its President, Gilles Manuelle is a French pioneer in urban logistics.
Graduated from the Institute of Advanced Studies in Rural Law and Agricultural Economics in 1997. He then spent two years in Romania in the industrial sector of wood processing.
Gilles boasts a 15-year expertise in logistics and carbon-free urban transport thru « La Petite Reine » company he created in Paris in 2001 with subsidiaries in Lyon, Bordeaux, Rouen, Dijon and Geneva. He then created « Vert Chez Vous” in 2011.
Following extensive research (€ 2.5 million in R & D), Gilles designed the AMME solution. A new organization for city distribution of goods that can enter a very low costs market and significantly improve the environmental impact of this activity.
Gilles is an associate Professor at the University of Caen – Management of Operations section / Master 2 level – since 2011 where he lectures Functional Analysis and in Sustainable Development Intelligence.
To assist him in the international sales development of its business, Gilles hired Xavier Mazingue-Desailly to lead AMME’s Business Development.
Since 2009, Xavier offers his expertise of Business Development to ICT & Cleantech startups. Xavier’s action consists in supporting startup founders in the search of their first customers in France and abroad.
Graduated from the ESCE in 1994, Xavier began his career as a Product Manager at the Carrefour France Direction Executive. In the USA from 1996 to late 2000, he was successively in charge of The Lincoln Electric subsidiaries logistics and then headed the international and Internet development of American Paper Group Inc. Upon his return to France, Xavier became the Marketing Director of the Carrefour Group e-commerce site for music / videos / games / books.
From 2005 until 2009, Xavier is responsible for Steek International Business Development. Since then, Xavier invests his time and money in startups he accompanies (La Petite Reine, Scality, Tamaplace, Théatre in Paris, Xooloo, Ezakus …).
Xavier has been lecturing Digital Marketing and Social Networks at the University of Paris 13 – Business Consulting section / Master 2 level – since 2012.
